Amanda Adams, APRN is a certified family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Mrs. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Science/Exercise Science at Florida State University in Tallahassee. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Johns River State College in Orange Park, Florida and began her career at Orange Park Medical Center. She worked on the adult step-down and telemetry units as well as the pediatric unit. While Mrs. Adams continued her career, she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

She is skilled in the assessment and treatment of patient conditions, prescribing medications, and in women’s services including pap smears and annual well woman examinations. 

Mrs. Adams is certified in basic, advanced cardiac and pediatric advanced life support. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she serves as an educator of nursing practitioner students.
