Benjamin Goh, D.O. has decades of experience in family practice, wholly with the Coastal Health family.  He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Goh completed his internship at Hillcrest Health Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, followed by specialized residency in Anesthesiology at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, in Ft. Worth, Texas. 

Board certified in family practice, geriatric medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Goh is dedicated to providing comprehensive and specialized care to patients of all ages. He is a fellow of the American College of Specialists in Geriatrics and the American College of Ethical Physicians. Dr. Goh is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Goh served his country with distinction in the medical corps for the U.S. Army and Florida National Guard. His prior roles also included serving as a flight surgeon, general medical officer, emergency room physician and hospital pharmacist. As a retired colonel from the U.S. Army, Dr. Goh also holds the designation of Senior Aviation Medical Examiner by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Dr. Goh is not only a seasoned family practitioner but also a dedicated professional with a rich background in military medicine, emergency care and pharmacy.

Caleb Dunlap, M.D. is board certified in family medicine. He earned his doctorate degree from American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten after earning a Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dunlap completed his family medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center, Florida. 

Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Dunlap was active in both volunteer and paid positions. While attending university, he served as a leasing agent and laboratory coordinator, gaining experience in organizing and training employees and students. As a volunteer, he helped by:  organizing a carnival for orphans in St. Maarten, providing companionship to dementia patients,  and administering free sports physicals at Orange Park High School. 

As a result of his experiences, Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to pediatric and newborn care, community service, and palliative and quality of life care for his patients. He will continue to serve all ages and all stages of life, as well as being active in the Jacksonville community. 

Dr. Dunlap is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Clay County Medical Society and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

Dian Daher, D.O., is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Daher completed her residency from the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She served military members and families in all facets of health care from the common cold to serious injuries and chronic health conditions. She also worked for civilian hospitals to coordinate admission of COVID patients and increase medical capacity.

Prior to joining Coastal Health, Dr. Daher served with the United States Navy where she was assigned to the medical evaluation board, detention facility medical officer, corpsman supervisor, sexual assault forensic examiner and as senior medical officer. Additionally, she has been a neonatal response provider. Her experience includes all facets of medicine from combat injuries to well-child assessments.

Jennifer Sidey, M.D., is a family medicine practitioner with Coastal Health. Prior to joining Coastal Health, Dr. Sidey completed her residency in family medicine at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, Florida.

She received her board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine and her Doctor of Medicine with a Distinction in Research degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky where she had also completed her post-baccalaureate pre-medicine program, magna cum laude.

Dr. Sidey’s professional interests and research are focused on hormone therapy, healthcare for at-risk populations, palliative and quality-of-life care and resident training and education. She is certified in pediatric advanced life support, basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.

With a heart for service and a belief in physicians as community leaders, Dr. Sidey has helped to institute a food pantry for a low income clinic, created a newborn wellness initiative and has volunteered as a physician at health fairs, women’s centers, emergency shelters, missions and provided physicals for at-risk youth.

Jordan Phelps, D.O., is a dedicated and accomplished physician specializing in primary care
sports medicine and family medicine. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from
Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduating with cum laude honors. He
received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University/KPCOM in
Davie, Florida.

Dr. Phelps completed his residency in family medicine at UCF/HCA GME Consortium in
Gainesville, Florida. Here, he honed his skills in providing comprehensive care for patients of all
ages. He went on to complete his fellowship in primary care sports medicine at HCA/Memorial
Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

Dr. Phelps has provided expert medical coverage as a team physician, and has been involved in
the healthcare of the Georgia Southern football and basketball teams, Chatham County Public
Schools football teams, iKon FC, Tormenta FC, Savannah College of Art and Design’s athletic
teams, Walt Disney World Marathon, and the Savannah Bananas baseball team.

With proficiency in a wide range of clinical skills, Dr. Phelps is well versed in performing

Melanie Abboud is an advanced practice registered nurse with Coastal Health. A diligent and team-oriented professional, Jacksonville native Abboud joined the team with prior experience providing patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Abboud earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner Candidate at South University in Savannah, Georgia and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, Florida. Michael Edwards, D.O., is the Chief Medical Officer for Coastal Health Primary Care. Scott Marberry, M.D. is board certified in family medicine and primary care sports medicine and is a candidate for board certification in obesity medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City in 2013. He served his residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando where he was the chief resident. Dr. Marberry completed his sports medicine fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. In recent years, he was accepted as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Marberry was an attending physician for the Center for Health and Sports Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida. He is one of the leading experts in his field with multiple publications and educational presentations. 

Dr. Marberry combines the full spectrum of family medicine care along with knowledgeable treatment for non-surgical orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, tendinitis, strains, sprains and fracture care. He performs ultrasound diagnostics and image-guided injections for all extremity treatments, which include hyaluronic acid and cortisone injections.

Dr. Marberry has served as team physician for many high school and collegiate athletics, being present on the sidelines for immediate medical evaluation and sports physicals. He has also covered large events such as marathons and triathlon medical coverage, international volleyball (FIVB) coverage, and is one of the team physicians for USA Taekwondo. Mike Hardin, D.O., is a dedicated and accomplished pediatrician. In 1982, Dr. Hardin joined his father’s practice which became Family Medical Centers, now Coastal Health Primary Care, where he has served the community with compassion and expertise for more than four decades. His commitment to the founding of this institution reflects his vision for accessible and high-quality healthcare for his local community. 

After graduation from Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Hardin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He further pursued his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, solidifying his expertise in osteopathic medicine.

His postgraduate training included a comprehensive general medicine rotating internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Hardin then specialized in pediatrics, completing his residency at Children’s Hospital, also in Columbus, Ohio. His passion for pediatric gastroenterology led him to pursue a fellowship at The Children’s Hospital (now Nationwide Children’s Hospital) in Columbus, Ohio, demonstrating his commitment to advanced and specialized care for young patients.

Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and recognized as a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Hardin upholds the highest standards of medical practice. Craig Chris, RN, is a highly skilled primary care provider with experience in emergency and

Voisin cares for patients performing routine physicals, providing acute care treatments and educating patients on general wellness. Prior to Coastal Health in 2010, Voisin worked in both urgent care and private practice in Jacksonville. 

She earned her Master of Arts at Phoenix University, Jacksonville and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. Voisin also has a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner degree.
