Benjamin Goh, D.O. has decades of experience in family practice, wholly with the Coastal Health family.  He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Goh completed his internship at Hillcrest Health Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, followed by specialized residency in Anesthesiology at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, in Ft. Worth, Texas. 

Board certified in family practice, geriatric medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Goh is dedicated to providing comprehensive and specialized care to patients of all ages. He is a fellow of the American College of Specialists in Geriatrics and the American College of Ethical Physicians. Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Goh served his country with distinction in the medical corps for the U.S. Army and Florida National Guard. As a retired colonel from the U.S. Army, Dr. Goh also holds the designation of Senior Aviation Medical Examiner by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Caleb Dunlap, M.D. is board certified in family medicine. He earned his doctorate degree from American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten after earning a Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dunlap completed his family medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center, Florida. 

Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Dunlap was active in both volunteer and paid positions. While attending university, he served as a leasing agent and laboratory coordinator, gaining experience in organizing and training employees and students. As a volunteer, he helped by:  organizing a carnival for orphans in St. Maarten, providing companionship to dementia patients,  and administering free sports physicals at Orange Park High School. 

As a result of his experiences, Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to pediatric and newborn care, community service, and palliative and quality of life care for his patients. He will continue to serve all ages and all stages of life, as well as being active in the Jacksonville community.

Dian Daher, D.O., is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Daher completed her residency from the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She served military members and families in all facets of health care from the common cold to serious injuries and chronic health conditions. She also worked for civilian hospitals to coordinate admission of COVID patients and increase medical capacity.

Prior to joining Coastal Health, Dr. Daher served with the United States Navy where she was assigned to the medical evaluation board, detention facility medical officer, corpsman supervisor, sexual assault forensic examiner and as senior medical officer. Additionally, she has been a neonatal response provider. Her experience includes all facets of medicine from combat injuries to well-child assessments.

Dr. Daher brings her comprehensive wealth of knowledge and experience serving military families to enhance the medical services provided to the patients and families of Coastal Health.

Dr. Harris completed his internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York, where he also pursued his residency in family practice. He is board-certified in family practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.

Dr. Harris has been actively involved in various medical associations, including being a Diplomate of the National Board of American Osteopathic Medical Examiners and a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.

James Fetchero, D.O., is a seasoned family medicine practitioner with a career spanning more than three decades. Jennifer Sidey, M.D., is a family medicine practitioner with Coastal Health. Prior to joining Coastal Health, Dr. Sidey completed her residency in family medicine at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, Florida.

She received her board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine and her Doctor of Medicine with a Distinction in Research degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky where she had also completed her post-baccalaureate pre-medicine program, magna cum laude.

Dr. Sidey’s professional interests and research are focused on hormone therapy, healthcare for at-risk populations, palliative and quality-of-life care and resident training and education. She is certified in pediatric advanced life support, basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.

With a heart for service and a belief in physicians as community leaders, Dr. Sidey has helped to institute a food pantry for a low income clinic, created a newborn wellness initiative and has volunteered as a physician at health fairs, women’s centers, emergency shelters, missions and provided physicals for at-risk youth.

Jordan Phelps, D.O., is a dedicated and accomplished physician specializing in primary care
sports medicine and family medicine. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from
Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduating with cum laude honors. He
received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University/KPCOM in
Davie, Florida.

Dr. Phelps completed his residency in family medicine at UCF/HCA GME Consortium in
Gainesville, Florida. Here, he honed his skills in providing comprehensive care for patients of all
ages. He went on to complete his fellowship in primary care sports medicine at HCA/Memorial
Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

Dr. Phelps has provided expert medical coverage as a team physician, and has been involved in
the healthcare of the Georgia Southern football and basketball teams, Chatham County Public
Schools football teams, iKon FC, Tormenta FC, Savannah College of Art and Design’s athletic
teams, Walt Disney World Marathon, and the Savannah Bananas baseball team.

John Muenz, M.D. is a board certified physician with experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management and addiction management. Melanie Abboud is an advanced practice registered nurse with Coastal Health. A diligent and team-oriented professional, Jacksonville native Abboud joined the team with prior experience providing patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Abboud earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner Candidate at South University in Savannah, Georgia and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, Florida. Prior to joining Coastal Health, Abboud worked for Baptist Health in Jacksonville as an emergency department nurse, providing hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines and monitoring patient conditions.

Michael Edwards, D.O., is the Chief Medical Officer for Coastal Health Primary Care. He is responsible for the administrative and physician leadership in providing patients with a high caliber of medical care. Dr. Edwards also serves Coastal Health providers and staff through communicating policies and regulations for safety, medical treatments and quality improvements. 

He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Villanova University football team. Scott Marberry, M.D. is board certified in family medicine and primary care sports medicine and is a candidate for board certification in obesity medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City in 2013. He served his residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando where he was the chief resident. Dr. Marberry completed his sports medicine fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. In recent years, he was accepted as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Before joining Coastal Health, Dr. Marberry was an attending physician for the Center for Health and Sports Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida. He is one of the leading experts in his field with multiple publications and educational presentations. 

Dr. Marberry combines the full spectrum of family medicine care along with knowledgeable treatment for non-surgical orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, tendinitis, strains, sprains and fracture care. He performs ultrasound diagnostics and image-guided injections for all extremity treatments, which include hyaluronic acid and cortisone injections.

Dr. Marberry has served as team physician for many high school and collegiate athletics, being present on the sidelines for immediate medical evaluation and sports physicals. He has also covered large events such as marathons and triathlon medical coverage, international volleyball (FIVB) coverage, and is one of the team physicians for USA Taekwondo. Dr. Marberry holds affiliations with the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American Medical Association and the Florida Academy for Family Physicians.

Mike Hardin, D.O., is a dedicated and accomplished pediatrician. In 1982, Dr. Hardin joined his father’s practice which became Family Medical Centers, now Coastal Health Primary Care, where he has served the community with compassion and expertise for more than four decades. His commitment to the founding of this institution reflects his vision for accessible and high-quality healthcare for his local community. 

After graduation from Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Hardin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He further pursued his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, solidifying his expertise in osteopathic medicine.

His postgraduate training included a comprehensive general medicine rotating internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Hardin then specialized in pediatrics, completing his residency at Children’s Hospital, also in Columbus, Ohio. His passion for pediatric gastroenterology led him to pursue a fellowship at The Children’s Hospital (now Nationwide Children’s Hospital) in Columbus, Ohio, demonstrating his commitment to advanced and specialized care for young patients.

Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and recognized as a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Hardin upholds the highest standards of medical practice. Throughout his career, Dr. Hardin held significant roles at Orange Park Medical Center in Florida including Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Hardin continues to actively participate in the Medical Executive Committee and Quality Assurance Committee at Orange Park Medical Center. He now shares his expertise and experience by teaching and supervising family practice residents from Orange Park Medical Center and medical students of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Hardin’s interests extend to family and community service. He and his wife, Cecily, are active members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island, where they serve as Eucharistic Ministers. Their commitment to community welfare is evident through their involvement with Habitat for Humanity in Clay County and The Way free medical clinic in Green Cove Springs.

Amy Powell, APRN, FNP-C has great experience providing acute care as a critical care registered nurse in the ICU, handling urgent care injuries and trauma. Additionally, Powell holds her trauma nurse core certification and is trained as a diabetes nurse. For the well-being of her patients, she provides preventative care alongside delivering high quality education.

Amanda Adams, APRN is a certified family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Mrs. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Science/Exercise Science at Florida State University in Tallahassee. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Johns River State College in Orange Park, Florida and began her career at Orange Park Medical Center. She worked on the adult step-down and telemetry units as well as the pediatric unit. While Mrs. Adams continued her career, she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Barbara Trunzo (formerly Forester) is a board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner, with extensive experience in family medicine. Alongside her work at Coastal Health, she is a preceptor for graduate students with University of North Florida’s Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program in Jacksonville.

Additionally, Trunzo serves her country as captain in the U.S. Navy and as the Director for Health Services Headquarters Unit for the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville. Prior to Coastal Health, she was also a local pediatric nurse practitioner and in charge of local military clinics. 

Trunzo received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Betsy Geraci is a certified physician assistant with experience helping patients with examinations, preventative care and treatments.

Geraci earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Prior to joining the practice, Geraci worked for First Coast Heart and Vascular providing inpatient cardiology services to hospital patients. Craig Chris, RN, is a highly skilled primary care provider with experience in emergency and

trauma medicine. He obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in

Minneapolis, Minnesota and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Johns River State

College in Palatka, Florida.

Chris has held various critical roles in the healthcare field. As a certified paramedic and EMT, he

has served as a firefighter, emergency department manager, paramedic and trauma team RN.

Licensed as a registered nurse in both Florida and Minnesota, Chris is certified in basic cardiac

life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, Trauma Nurse

Core Curriculum, prehospital trauma life support and neonatal resuscitation program, among

others. 

He has also excelled as an emergency department manager at Putnam Community

Medical Center, where he not only managed patient triage, medication administration and

physician collaboration, but also performed administrative duties such as chart reviews, staff

education and workflow analysis.

Additionally, Chris’ expertise extends beyond a medical facility setting. As a member of the

Department of Homeland Security’s Disaster Medical Assistant Team FL-4, he rapidly

responds to global disaster sites, delivering high-quality medical care under challenging

conditions. He has participated in various deployments, including those for Hurricanes Ian and

Sandy, the H1N1 outbreak, and Medical Operations at the 45th Presidential Inauguration.

Chris has received numerous accolades, including the DAISY Award, commendation letters from the Department of Homeland Security, Clay County Fire Rescue, and for his role in medical

Gretchen Baldwin, PA-C, is a family medicine physician assistant in acute and chronic care. She received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, Florida. Heather Tarno, APRN, FNP-BC, is an experienced advanced practice nurse, specializing in acute care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Additionally, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.

Throughout her nursing career, Tarno has gained valuable experience through diverse clinical rotations. As a student, she completed rotations at Conviva Care Centers, Coastal Health and Emed Specialty Clinic, focusing on primary care in different settings. This experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care across the lifespan.

Tarno’s previous role as a registered nurse at Flagler Hospital spanned a decade. During this time, she served as an emergency room staff nurse as well as a transitional unit charge nurse and clinical trainer, contributing to staff development and ensuring high-quality patient care. Additionally, Tarno worked as a medical-surgical staff nurse.

Proficient in various computer systems, including eClinicalWorks, Athena, Allscripts and Microsoft Office, she effectively manages patient records and utilizes technology in her practice.

Dedicated to the future of nursing, Tarno recently served as a clinical adjunct professor at Saint Johns River State College. In this role, she instructed undergraduate nursing students in acute care settings, including Baptist Health, Flagler Hospital and HCA facilities in Florida.

Peter Masterson, M.S.N., B.S.N. is a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner with Coastal Health, with experience in the fields of neurological critical care, rapid response, surgical/trauma intensive care and in-home risk assessments.

Masterson earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. With several years of clinical nursing experience already obtained from his time at UF Health Jacksonville among multiple departments, Masterson moved into an advanced practice registered nurse position in the neurological critical care unit within UF Health in Jacksonville.

He is affiliated with the Florida Nurse Association, and also held leadership roles in various UF Health groups, including the Clinical Practice Council, the Multi-Critical Care Committee and the Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit Counsel.

Tina Voisin, APRN, is a highly experienced advanced registered nurse practitioner at Coastal Health working in family practice. Voisin cares for patients performing routine physicals, providing acute care treatments and educating patients on general wellness.
