Services

There’s a reason that Northeast Florida families have relied on us since 1962. From pediatrics to geriatrics, our skilled healthcare providers are there for you through every stage of life. Whether you’re looking for preventative care or chronic disease management, our full range of services are designed to meet the needs of you and your family.

Preventive Care

Preventive care lets your doctor find potential health problems before you feel sick. This can include immunizations, lab tests, physical exams and prescriptions. Paying attention to diet, exercise, and work-life balance can all impact your health. Preventative care is the basis of maintaining good health.

Chronic Disease Management

We understand that having a chronic disease can be a challenge and can easily impact your overall quality of life. At Coastal Health we want you to know that you don’t have to manage your chronic disease alone. We will help you stay on track with your visits, manage your medications and keep you abreast of the latest information so that you have less to worry about and more time to enjoy life.

Pediatrics

Parents have trusted Coastal Health to help navigate the health of children through the different stages of childhood, from infancy to adolescence. Our providers consider it a privilege to work with children, making sure they are as healthy as they can be, and that they receive all the necessary preventative care they need from immunizations to yearly check-ups and sports physicals. If your child does get sick or hurt, we are here to help.

Women’s Services

At Coastal Health we provide care for women as they move through the different stages of life. Coastal Health offers reproductive health services, prenatal care, postpartum care, breast health exams, sexual disease testing, menopause management, bone health screenings, healthy lifestyle and nutrition counseling, and more. Every woman should have an annual preventative care visit during which time the particular screenings and tests for her particular age should be administered or performed. In addition, Coastal Health can treat infections and provide guidance on acute and chronic conditions.

Geriatrics

As we age, our healthcare needs evolve. Coastal Health’s providers have the expertise and experience necessary to diagnose and address the concerns specific to older adults. Our approach to care relies on established results and is attuned to the unique age and overall health considerations of our patients.

Routine Care

It is recommended that everybody receives an annual checkup to make sure their health is on track. During these annual visits, your doctor will perform a routine physical, give you appropriate health screenings and address care for health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma. When you are at your routine visit, you can address any new changes in your body, updates to medications or discuss any health concerns.
