Seth Atkinson is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over eight years of experience in emergency and trauma care. He currently holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Atkinson combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to leadership and patient care.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, particularly in his role as a charge nurse, where he was responsible for managing team dynamics and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. His extensive trauma experience at a Level 2 trauma center, along with his role as a house supervisor overseeing staffing and coordination, has solidified his ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations.

In addition to his clinical roles, Atkinson is deeply committed to community service. He participates in annual medical mission trips to Jamaica, where he provides free medical and dental care to underserved populations. This volunteer work reflects his passion for improving healthcare access and his dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.

Atkinson’s clinical certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Outside of his professional life, Atkinson enjoys an active lifestyle, with a particular love for wakeboarding on the St. Johns River, lifting weights, playing pickleball year-round, and hiking the mountains of North Georgia. He also enjoys playing chess and following football.
