Gretchen Baldwin, PA-C, is a family medicine physician assistant in acute and chronic care. She received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, Florida. Bennett also has a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead. 

Prior to joining Coastal Health’s primary care team, Baldwin worked as a certified physician assistant in neurology, as a hospitalist and practiced in family medicine services. Baldwin’s experience includes work in an outpatient clinic in a rural, underserved area on a Native American reservation in South Dakota. 

Baldwin is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Drug Enforcement Administration. She has expert-level skills in emergency medical records, including EPIC, and is certified in basic life support.
