Charles M. Harden, MD is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and general medical care. He provides comprehensive care with a focus on acute conditions, chronic disease management, and patient-centered treatment across a variety of clinical settings. 

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in both hospital and correctional healthcare settings, including serving as Clinical Director at D. Ray James Correctional Facility, where he oversaw care for a large patient population and supported a multidisciplinary medical team. 

He also served as Chair of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, New York, where he led a high-volume emergency department and contributed to resident education. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a private practice, providing primary care services to patients of all ages.
