Tannis Alligood, M.D., is a skilled physician specializing in family medicine at Coastal Health. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, following a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Biomedical Specialty from the same institution. Dr. Alligood completed her Family Practice Residency Program training at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon, where she furthered her clinical expertise.

Throughout her career, Dr. Alligood has demonstrated a strong interest in both medicine and research.
