Leticia Pappas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and geriatric medicine. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, with a strong focus on education, prevention, and long-term wellness. 

Leticia earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, followed by her Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practice from Maryville University. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Florida. 

Throughout her career, Leticia has served patients across the Post Acute care setting. Her expertise includes diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, developing care protocols, and mentoring new nurse practitioners. 

Her approach to care emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and building strong relationships with patients, families, and care teams. She believes healthcare should empower individuals and support them in achieving their best quality of life. 

Outside of her professional work, Leticia enjoys time with her family and staying engaged in her local community.
