Heather Brooke Clair, M.D., Ph.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and empowering them through education and engagement in their own health.

Dr. Clair has particular expertise in behavioral health, women’s health, and the prevention and treatment of metabolic disease. She is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness by focusing on both preventive care and the management of chronic conditions.

She earned both her medical degree and Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular genetics from the University of Louisville and completed her family medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center. Her diverse academic background also includes dual bachelor’s degrees in animal and dairy science and two master’s degrees in agriculture and biochemistry.

Dr. Clair is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Outside of medicine, she enjoys giving back through community service and mentoring.
