My experience was very positive from start to finish. I arrived early and was seen before my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. The staff was helpful, professional, and took the time to answer my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Dr Jordan Phelps was also extremely helpful and made me feel that my concerns were legitimate and important. He listened, treated me with respect, and provided referrals to additional facilities that may assist me in the future. Overall, I felt cared for, respected, and supported throughout the visit.
