Dr. Jacqueline Escalante is an exceptional physicians. She is incredibly intelligent and her “bed side manners” is second to none. Dr. Escalante has always been very attentive to my health issues, always providing options as necessary-just outstanding, thorough medical care.She seems to have genuine compassion for her patients. The staff is always friendly, supportive and helpful.I rarely have to wait to be seen by the doctor. I am so grateful. Highly recommended. I’ve been coming here for years and the recent changes have been great. Rebecca has always been my primary along with my parents and wife. She truly cares about our health and wellbeing. Her nurse Kaitlin is very attentive and caring and goes above and beyond for us every time. Only negative feedback I have is dealing with referrals. They’re either not placed or sent to the wrong phone number so they never receive the order. I’ve been waiting on a hematologist/oncologist referral for 3-4 weeks now I’m just about to give up since the referral coordinator doesn’t return calls and if I do get ahold of her she’s very snippy and condescending 😭
