Taylor Hewiett, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across all stages of life. With more than seven years of nursing experience in acute and outpatient settings, she brings a strong background in primary care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and patient education to her practice. 

Taylor earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She completed clinical training in family practice, women’s health, and pediatrics throughout Northeast Florida. 

Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Taylor gained extensive clinical experience in women’s surgical services and OB/GYN care, including postoperative care, patient triage, obstetric care, and a variety of office procedures. She also served as an Assistant Nurse Manager, where she helped oversee daily clinical operations and supported the delivery of high-quality patient care. 

Taylor believes in building meaningful relationships with her patients and takes the time to listen, understand their individual needs, and provide personalized care. She is committed to empowering patients through education and health promotion while working collaboratively to support their long-term health and well-being.
