Lynn Cosentino, M.D., a seasoned board-certified practitioner in emergency medicine, earned her Bachelor of Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and her medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. With a focus on internal medicine, her residency training took place at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Jacksonville in Emergency Medicine after completing an internship at the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Before joining Coastal Health Primary Care, Dr. Cosentino served as a primary care physician in a family practice setting. She also held the position of medical director at a free-standing emergency room clinic for 14 years and staff MD in Emergency Room for 9 years. Her career path encompasses positions at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida, St. Luke’s/Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida and Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to her clinical practice, she has experience in telemedicine, post hospitalization care, as well as training in Workman’s Compensation and Department of Transportation (DOT) examinations. Dr. Cosentino’s certifications include advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS), reflecting her commitment to providing high-quality patient care and emergency preparedness.
